Question: What media will I receive with my purchase?
After you place your order, we will send you the license -with the registration key- by email. The software application, including documentation, can be downloaded from this web site at any time.
Question: Do I need to purchase a license for every user?
No, our software is licensed per seat, meaning that you need to purchase a license for each computer where you plan to install the software.
Question: Do you have educational discounts?
Yes, we have educational discounts, site licenses, and volume discounts available. Visit the Buy Now page of the product or contact us specifying the number of licenses that you'd need.
Question: What is the difference between upgrade and update?
Updates are new releases of a product version that improve that particular version. For example, if you purchased Deskman 7, you are entitled to download and install all updates for Deskman 7; like Deskman 7.0.1, Deskman 7.0.2, or Deskman 7.3. For free.
On the other hand, upgrades are new -major- versions which not only improve the previous version, but also add many new features. Thus, if you purchased Desktop Orbiter 5, you'll have to upgrade your license before you are allowed to use Desktop Orbiter 6. Upgrades are not free, but are much more cheaper than normal licenses.
Question: Do I have to upgrade my license?
No. Unless you want to use a newer version of the product and obtain 6 months of support.
Question: I already purchased a license some time ago. How can I upgrade?

Question: What is an evaluation version?
The evaluation version is a "full-featured" release. Meaning that the same capabilities available in the registered software are present in the non-registered software. This allows you to try out all the features to confirm that they work to your satisfaction before purchasing a license of use.
Question: What kind of tech support do you offer?
Licenses include 6 months of tech support at no additional cost. If you have a problem we will answer your emails as fast as possible. We know this is important to you, and that's why we try to provide consistently good support. Most customers are quite happy with our service.
Question: Which payment methods do you accept?
