The evaluation version is a full-featured release. Meaning that the same capabilities available in the registered software are present in the non-registered software. This allows you to try out all the features in Desktop Orbiter to confirm that they work to your satisfaction before purchasing a license of use.

You are permitted to try this software on your system (for 30 days) without any cost or obligation. Payment is required if you find this software to be useful or if you wish to continue using this software beyond the evaluation (trial) period. This product is provided at no charge to the user for evaluation. The purpose of an evaluation version is to provide computer users with quality software on a try before you buy basis, however payment is still required for continued use of the product.

The evaluation version can only manage a maximum number of 10 computers at a time. When you buy your license, you can choose the maximum number of manageable computers.

Not only that: your purchased license also includes your own encrypted key which is required to establish secure connections with your satellites, which means that only authorized servers are able to connect with clients, and vice-versa.

Remember: purchasing a license is required for a full, secure use of Desktop Orbiter.
