View the list of printed documents on multiple machines. Obtain detailed info of printed documents remotely. Select a satellite or list of satellites and press the Printer Monitor button (CTRL - F6) .

Use the reports toolbar to review, print, export data.

Printer Monitor

• Document: Name of the printed document. Documents are nested into the corresponding printer.
• Date/Time: Date and time of printing.
• Status: Current status of the process: New, Processing, Paused, Resumed, Aborted, Completed, Error.
• Computer: Name of the computer from where the document was printed.
• User: Name of the user that printed the document.
• Pages: Number of printed pages.
• Copies: Number of printed copies of the document.
• Bytes: Total number of printed bytes.

File Menu

• Reset Data: Contacts the satellite(s) sending the order to delete printer data. Note that the available data is removed locally by each satellite automatically after 250 days.
• Close: Closes this window.

Menu Options

• Expand All: Check to expand all the closed items.
• Collapse All: Check to close all the expanded items.
• Refresh: Connect with the target satellite(s) and retrieve (refresh) the printer monitor data.
• Auto-refresh: Check to keep refreshing the printer monitor at intervals of X seconds.
