Select the desired desktop restrictions by checking the appropriate boxes. Note that you may need to log off or reboot clients to activate changes.

System Restrictions

• Disable Control Panel: Disables access to the Control Panel. Other system features that depend on it are also protected, like accessing to the Adjust Date/Time window, or the Display Properties window.
• Protect System Restore: Disables the ability to change System Restore settings.
• Protect My Computer: Disables the ability to change My Computer properties.

Closing Windows

• No Shutdown Options: Removes shutdown options from the Start Menu.
• Disable Switch User: Removes switch user option from the Start Menu..

Autologon

• Enable Autologon: Enables the ability to log on a user automatically at startup.
• Username: The name of the user for the autologon options.
• Domain: Domain, if necessary, of the username.
• Password: Password for the user account.
