Desktop Orbiter is a flexible centralized solution for protection and management. Communication between control center and satellites is smooth and secure, permitting the administrator to control multiple machines and secure them easily.

About Satellites

Satellite is the name of the remote agent installed on each client system, represented by . It processes data from the Control Center and applies the required instructions. Satellites are mostly autonomous; connection with the Control Center is only required at configuration time, or when requested. A satellite installation file is included with Desktop Orbiter but it is also possible to deploy them manually.

Folders

Satellites can be distributed into folders, which makes managing many satellites at a time an easy task.

• To create a new folder use the Add Folder option from the main menu.
• Move satellites to folders using Drag&Drop, or using the right-click menu option Move to folder....
• Note that folders need to be enabled for this feature to work. Click to activate folders:
