View and print reports, export data to multiple sources. Reports are available on the following windows: Network Monitor, Printer Monitor, User Activity and System Information.

Preview Report

The first icon from the left opens the Report Preview window from where you can review and print reports. Use the toolbar at the top to perform different actions: print, export, find, zoom, change pages, etc.

Print Report

The second icon from the left opens the Print window from where you can select a printer and print reports.

Report Preferences

The third icon from the left opens the Reports section of the Preferences window, from where you can modify different settings.

Cobranding

Reports can include your company logo in the header section.

• Open the Preferences window and go to the Reports tab.
• Check the Insert Company Logo option and select a picture to be used as your company logo.
• Expected image width/height is 210/50 pixels. The image will be stretched, if greater.

Important: existing logos or images that you may want to include in your report may be protected under copyright law. Please be sure to obtain any permission required from the copyright owner.
