The main screen shows a quick view of tasks, locked files and monitored events. At the top we have the toolbar, and the main menu, and at the bottom the status bar.

Restrictions

• Task: the name of the task.
  
• Profile: the name of the profile.
  
• Users: user list. By default, all users.
  
• Command: the command to be issued on task activation.
  
• Last User: Shows the last user to activate the task.
  
• Hits: Shows the number of times the task has been activated.
  

File Protection

• Filename: The name of the file to be protected.
  
• Path: The full directory path where the file resides.
  
• Status: The status of the file.
  
• Error: Error description, if any.
  

Event Logger

The event logger monitors user activity.

In addition, the staus bar, at the bottom provides some useful information, from left to right:

• Total/Active tasks: Shows the number of total tasks in the list. When a task is selected, it shows you if it's enabled/active or not.
  
• Enabled/Disabled: Indicates if Watchman is enabled. When disabled, all Watchman activity is stopped.
  
• Password status: Shows if the password is enabled, or not.
